Copper parts forging process
● Choose a suitable copper material, usually choose a copper material with higher purity to ensure the quality of the product.
● Heating the copper material to a certain temperature, usually around 700°C, makes the copper material soft and easy to forge.
● The heated copper material is placed in a forging machine, where it is deformed into the desired shape by means such as hammering or pressure.
